The group is intentionally small, a maximum of 5 Latina women, to create depth, safety, trust, and meaningful connection.

Yes. This is a confidential group container. All participants agree to honor the privacy, stories, identities, and experiences shared within the space.

No formal title is required. Leadership in this space is defined as how you lead your life, not your job role. This program is for women seeking grounded leadership in any area of life.

Yes. This is an application-based experience. Not everyone who applies will be accepted. This ensures alignment, safety, and integrity within the group container.

The investment includes: A one-hour coaching session with Evelyn to identify and clarify your goals, bi-weekly group coaching session for 3 months, and a What’s App group invitation to continue support in between sessions.
Meet Your Coach & Facilitator
Evelyn Garcia Morales is a life and leadership coach, facilitator, and founder of Humankind Coaching. Her work centers grounded leadership, identity, belonging, and transformation for women who are ready to live and lead from truth rather than survival.
With a background in public service, community leadership, and coaching, Evelyn creates spaces where women — particularly Latina women — can reclaim their voice, vision, and sovereignty without performance, burnout, or self-erasure.

Program Structure
This is a three-month group coaching experience that meets biweekly for a total of six sessions. Sessions take place on Thursdays, time agreement will be created in partnership with participants. The first session will be March 12.
Duration
This is a live, confidential coaching container designed to create safety, trust, and belonging. The group is intentionally small to support depth, connection, and relational integrity.
Intentional Space
Each session is 75 minutes in length. Time is intentionally held for grounding, coaching, reflection, dialogue, and integration.
Length of Sesssions
What we create now becomes someone else’s inheritance.
Investment
The investment for this experience is
$275 per month for three months or
$825 paid in full.
This space was created with intention, care, and access in mind.
This work is about legacy and belonging and a limited number of reduced-rate scholarship spaces are available for Latina women who feel called to this work.
The program pricing has been intentionally structured to allow for:
